The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has enabled owners’ associations to issue the unified national number for the establishment that begins with the number (700) in coordination with the General Authority for Real Estate, which enables the associations to complete their procedures and obtain services from all government and service agencies.
The General Authority for Real Estate explained that the service allows the head of the owners’ association or the association’s manager to issue the number (700), which enhances the legal status of the associations and facilitates dealings with other parties independently, stressing that the national number for establishments is a basic requirement for dealing with other parties such as banks, Najiz (the Center for Justice Services), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Water Company and the Electricity Company, where an owners’ association can be registered in the unified national number service (700) by entering the electronic platform https://mullak-services.housing.gov.sa/Account/Login, and submitting a request to issue the unified number, and then sending the request to the Ministry of Human Resources; to verify the conditions and issue the number.
For its part, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development seeks, through the unified national number service, to improve and raise the efficiency of the work environment and contribute to facilitating the services provided to owners’ associations. It is noteworthy that “Mulak” aims to create a safe and sustainable environment that contributes to preserving the rights of the association members from owners and occupants of real estate units, and to ensure good use of the property, and to enhance the culture of coexistence, and seeks to enhance integration between government agencies by linking it with the “National Water Company”, which is one of the means of cooperation that opens up horizons towards a growing real estate future.
